Advantages:

Квартира хорошая, соответствует описанию, цена и качество соответствует. В жаркие дни очень жарко в квартире, вентилятор был, но кондиционер было бы лучше. Ещё из минусов, нет ключа от домофона, куаокод дал вход один раз, а потом надо было входить по сканированному лицу 1 человека (ещё не всегда срабатывало), что не очень удобно (нас было двое), лучше чтобы был ключ для прикладывания. в остальном все супер, хозяйка вежливая и доброжелательная.
