Advantages:

Очень приятный, внимательный и честный хозяин квартиры. Квартира тихая, тёплая, чистая, все необходимое есть. Техника новая: плита, духовка, микроволновка, чайник, стиральная машинка, фен, телевизор. Утюг и гладильная доска тоже есть. Постельное белье и полотенца - все хлопок. Осталась довольна проживанием.
