Advantages:

Квартира понравилась, просторная, чистая, смело можно разместить и 6-7 человек. Я же, проживала одна, территориально для меня был удобный вариант. На первом этаже пекарня, магазин Пятёрочка, салон красоты.Рядом Тц Арсиб, Тц Кристалл. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
