Advantages:

На запрос ответили сразу, засели быстро и вовремя. Дом новый, в квартире чисто, есть всё необходимое - wi-fi, чайник, плита, утюг, фен, даже фильтр для воды. Постельное белье свежее, не застиранное и не рваное. Стиральной машинкой не пользовались, но оне есть. Посуды достаточно, кастрюли чистые, не подгоревшие, готовить можно. В общем всё понравилось!
