Уютная квартира студия с отличным видом на город особенно в вечернее время! Свежий ремонт, большой диван на 2 человек, дополнительно есть надувной матрас! Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания в квартире имеется кроме кондиционера но в ближайшее время этот вопрос решится! Отопление с регулировкой на батарее. Чайник, плита эл, чай, кофе, кухонные принадлежности, полотенца!
Не большие правила для гостей!
- просьба после себя вынести мусор в мусорку которая находится за домом!
- бережно относится к мебели и технике!
- не курить в квартире 100% запрещено!
(Сработает пожарная система, штраф 50 000 руб без шуток) курить разрешается только на улице в отведённых местах!
