Квартира новая. Фото соответствует. Заселились раньше по договорённости, без доплат. Есть нюансы по ремонту, но это не критично на короткий срок проживания, например выключатель в ванной расположен так, что после включения приходится обходить дверь. Оборудование новое, но простое. Минимальный набор посуды присутствует.
