Advantages:

Светлая, просторная квартира с хорошим хозяином. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Если вы с ребенком, то во дворе есть большая, современная детская площадка, поэтому есть где погулять. Остановка общественного транспорта находится буквально за домом, что также очень удобно.

Disadvantages:

Но диван в зале я бы заменила))) ужасно скрипит, когда на него ложишься. Нормального сна не получится.
