Advantages:

Ни каких проблем и вопросов с заселением не возникло. Приветливая и очень вежливая хозяйка квартиры) Районом остались довольны. Все что нас интересовало, находилось в шаговой доступности. У дома, большая парковка, что тоже является большим плюсом.

Disadvantages:

Необходимо обновить спальные места, особенно диван. Он в ужасном состоянии с неприятным запахом. Нужно помыть окна и постирать шторы. Это лично мое мнение, возможно кто-то на это даже внимание не обратит.
