Advantages:

Можно наверно только местоположение посчитать за достоинство! И площадь квартиры, она большая!

Disadvantages:

Квартира фотографиям соответствует, только в тех местах где сделаны фотографии. Незакрывающаяся дверь в туалет и ванну, обвалившийся потолок в спальне, сломанный кухонный гарнитур, грязные шторы, мебель и посуда не затмят отвратительного прокуренного запаха. На кухне 2 холодильника, один отключён, вонь в нем как будто там сдохла не одна мышь, открыв его однажды, этот запах будет с вами сутки точно. Во втором холодильнике, в отсеке морозильной камеры однозначно кого-то стошнило. И за это чудо мы за 3 суток отдали почти 29 тысяч!
